I would like to book Whitbarrow Lodge for the dates indicated above, and will be
responsible for my party, not exceeding 6 people. I undertake to leave Whitbarrow Lodge in a clean and tidy condition. I agree to all the booking conditions attached. I agree that no pets are allowed and that no smoking is allowed in the cottage or common areas of the resort.

I acknowledge that Whitbarrow Lodge does not acept pets. I have read and accept the terms and conditions of this booking.
